Bringing over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, he has also competed in NPC bodybuilding competitions and served as a competition trainer. As a nutritional advisor, John provides expert guidance on weight loss, weight gain, and diet management. My name is Raquel Mignogna, and I am the Manager of Focus on Fitness! I manage the studio to ensure that the environment is a fun and motivating experience for each of our clients. However, along with managing the place, you can also find me alongside your workout! Strength training has changed my life in many ways, from building endurance, strength, and a healthy practice, but most importantly, it has benefited me mentally! I have found that to ensure a well-balanced life, it is essential to maintain a healthy workout regimen. It allows me to manage my busy life and still have time to FOCUS ON ME!

Fitness and wellness have always been a big part of my life, even though it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride with lots of stops and starts. The real game-changer for me was discovering how amazing personalized strength training would be. I started personal training sessions when I was 48 and kept going until I was 61. Since then, I’ve been on my own and as in the past, have been on and off. But, I've decided to turn things around in my retirement years and now invite you to join me and take advantage of a beautiful and well equipped private studio.
Our Personal Training Studio is all about strength training. We have expert certified trainers at all times for our private one-on-one and small group classes. A special aspect of our studio is the Stretching and Flexibility Classes, which has been a dream of mine. Currently, I am pursuing a coach certification to bring this vision to life. My mission is to make these classes accessible to everyone, particularly targeting those who are out of shape or aged 60 and above. Understanding the importance of stretching and flexibility is crucial for enhancing the quality of life as we age.
